Wenwen Wang

Wenwen Wang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and tax management. Currently serving as the Strategy & Corporate Development Lead at Laing O'Rourke, Wenwen is responsible for developing growth strategies and managing M&A deal cycles, as well as leading change management initiatives. Previously, Wenwen held consulting roles at L.E.K. Consulting, where management consulting projects focused on M&A and growth strategies for private equity and multinational clients. Additional experience includes tax management positions at TCL Communication and MINTH Group, where overseas tax planning and restructuring projects were key responsibilities. Wenwen holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
