Kathleen Montgomery has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion and design industry. Kathleen is currently the Director of Design & Innovation at LAIRD, a position they started in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Siño Studios as a Creative Director, starting in May 2016. Kathleen also has experience as the Founder of Grounded Kidswear, where they played a key role in establishing the company in September 2015.

Kathleen Montgomery's education history includes a variety of experiences in the field of fashion and apparel design, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science with a focus on Environmental Science.
In 2006, they enrolled at the University of California, Riverside, and studied there until 2010, ultimately obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science with a specialization in Environmental Science.
