Andy Dobbing

Andy Dobbing has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andy started their career as a Systems Integration Engineer at Marconi Command & Control Systems in 1989. Andy then worked as a Transducer Engineer at Druck Ltd before moving on to Transmitton Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer. From there, they had roles as a Software Engineer at Ominbus, a Senior Software Engineer at Cadence, and a Senior Hardware/Software Engineer at A2E Ltd. Dobbing then joined TTPCom as a Senior Software Engineer and later worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Ezurio Ltd. Andy then moved on to Laird Technologies as a Senior Firmware Engineer. Dobbing's next roles were as an Engineering Manager at Laird Wooburn Green and BT & Linux/Android Platforms, and as a Director of Software Engineering at Laird Connectivity. Andy also served as Director at Ezurio Ltd.

Andy Dobbing obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from De Montfort University in the years 1992-1994. In the years 2006-2007, they pursued Project Management studies at The Open University, at the Master's level without obtaining a specific degree. Prior to that, they completed a Higher National Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at the University of Nottingham from 1987 to 1989.
