The employees are the most important asset, says Sherry. And she means it. They forge lasting relationships with the clients, she explains. And that’s not possible unless they hire people who are the ideal fit: great at what they do, passionate about serving clients, full of integrity and with a lifelong commitment to learning.

With 25 years’ experience in human resource management, Sherry guides LNWM’s interview and hiring process. But her job definitely doesn’t end there. A major focus for Sherry is employee satisfaction and making sure all of LNWM’s 70-plus employees have the resources they need to develop their careers. They hire people who can improve and expand on the success, she says. And they give them the ways and means to do so.

Sherry loves the breadth of her work at LNWM and is proud of the expertise and dedication found in each of LNWM’s departments. What all these people have in common, she says, is they care deeply about clients and each other.

Sherry is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She holds an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
