Francis Fan

Francis Fan is an accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A for the Global PM Business at Laird Performance Materials since February 2012, Francis has held several key finance roles within the company, including Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager in the Global EMI Business. Prior to this, Francis worked at Rockwell Automation from March 2003 to February 2012, where responsibilities included Finance Manager for SSB Asia Pacific and roles in FP&A and credit analysis. Earlier experience includes a position as an accountant at Shanghai Xinnong Feed Co., Ltd. Francis holds an MBA in Finance from both the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Wuhan University.
