Terrie Wilkinson

Terrie Wilkinson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a strategic human resources professional with over 20 years of experience across various organizations, ranging from start-ups to established firms. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lake Austin Spa Resort since October 2022, Terrie has held similar HR leadership roles at Cocolevio LLC, Post Acute Medical, and Flix Brewhouse. Previous positions include HR Manager/Compliance Manager and Regional People Services Business Partner at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc., as well as roles at FedEx Office and Home Base, Inc. A graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor's of Art in Liberal Arts, Terrie specializes in employee relations, talent acquisition, succession planning, and enhancing the overall employee experience through effective HR strategies.
