Ben Rice, CRC, has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Ben began their career at Tower Bank & Trust Co. in 2007 as a Credit Analyst, where they gained expertise in analyzing financial statements and preparing Loan Approval Sheets. In 2010, Ben joined Lake City Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst, mentoring junior analysts and working closely with Commercial Loan Officers. Ben then served as a Special Assets Officer, monitoring credit quality and minimizing the bank's risk of loss. Ben later became a Credit Administration Officer, providing training, guidance, and process enhancements in the Credit Department. In their most recent role as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer, Ben co-manages the Credit Department and oversees a group of Credit Analysts. Overall, Ben has demonstrated strong leadership, training, and analytical skills throughout their career.

Ben Rice, CRC, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business/Finance, which they obtained from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Ben completed their undergraduate studies at the university between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their degree, Ben also earned a Credit Risk Certification from The Risk Management Association in May 2013.
