William J Dytrych

William J. Dytrych is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development, project management, and arbitration. Currently serving as Manager of Real Estate Development and Real Estate Project Manager at Insurance Auto Auctions since May 2016, William also functions as a Public Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Additionally, William has been an Adjunct Faculty member in the Earth Science Department at the College of Lake County since 2010, teaching geology, meteorology, and astronomy. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at FCL Builders, LLC, Contract Project Officer at the US EPA, and Vice President of Development at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, achieving significant financial returns on real estate investments. William holds a Ph.D. in Geophysical Sciences from The University of Chicago and master's and bachelor's degrees in Geology from Virginia Tech and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, respectively.
