Director of Co-Curricular Engagement & Diversity Initiatives at Lake Erie College

Kellher earned her Master's degree in Education focusing on Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications from Ohio State University. Most recently, she served as the Coordinator for the Cooperative Education Program at the Washkewicz College of Engineering at Cleveland State University. In this role, she managed multiple aspects of their Fenn Cooperative Education program which included planning and facilitating recruitment events, serving as a liaison to industry partners, assisting students with resume and interview preparation, and teaching a course on professional skill development for 300 Cooperative Education students annually. Kelleher currently serves as a Chair for subcommittees for both the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) and the Ohio Cooperative Education Association (OCEA). She previously worked in Admissions at the Ohio State University where she was responsible for recruiting, reviewing applications, data analysis, and providing presentations to campus visitors.
