Natalia San Jose, MS, MBA has extensive work experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and Hispanic marketing. Natalia has served as the Senior Business Development Director and Strategic Partner at the Lake Forest Center for Leadership since March 2016. Prior to that, they were the Owner/President of HispanoLink Inc. from December 1996 to February 2016. In this role, they specialized in creating Spanish-language advertising campaigns, coordinating public relations initiatives, and increasing sales for clients in various industries such as healthcare, retail, and finance.
Natalia San Jose, MS, MBA earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991. Natalia then pursued a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University, graduating in 1996. In 2018, they obtained their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. In addition to their degrees, Natalia has obtained several certifications including "Leading Leaders" from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, "Career Essentials in Generative AI" from Microsoft and LinkedIn, "Leadership Essentials C4L" from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and "Power Skills" from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
