Stephen Baum

Stephen Baum has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as the Medical Director for Post-acute Care at Lake Health since June 2015. Baum has been a longstanding physician at Lake Health since 2000 and previously held the role of Medical Director at LakeHealth Physician Group from 2012 to June 2015. Baum also contributes as a board member for The Fine Arts Association and has been involved with the Alzheimer's Association® and United Way Lake County in advisory and board capacities. Prior to joining Lake Health, Baum was a physician at University MedNet and Toluca Lake Medical Group. Baum's educational background includes a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine/Gerontology from the University of California Los Angeles/VA Sepulveda and an MD from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, in addition to a BA in Biology and English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
