Bledsoe's expertise includes a role as Director of Culinary Operations at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa from October 2020 to March 2022, overseeing all culinary and service operations, as well as serving as Executive Chef at Primland Resort from January 2017 to March 2020, managing multiple restaurants and banquet facilities with an annual F&B revenue of $6 million.
