Durga Routray MIEAust CPEng is a Senior Design Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, currently working at Lake Macquarie City Council since November 2013. Prior roles include Senior Rail Engineer at AECOM and Senior Highway Engineer positions at Mott MacDonald, where expertise in highway and rail design was developed.
