Elizabeth Mather, GISP

Chief of Technology at Lake Metroparks

Elizabeth Mather, GISP has a diverse work experience that spans multiple organizations and roles. Elizabeth has worked at Lake Metroparks since 2015, initially as the GIS Manager and later as the Chief of Technology. Prior to that, they worked at Western Reserve Land Conservancy where they held various positions including Director of GIS and Conservation Planning, Director of IS/IT, and GIS and Conservation Planning Manager. Elizabeth also worked at Delaware Soil and Water Conservation District as the GIS/IT Program Coordinator, where they developed and converted GIS tracking databases. Lastly, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Toledo Dept. of Geography & Planning.

Elizabeth Mather, GISP, holds a Master's Degree in Geography and Planning from The University of Toledo, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Elizabeth also received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the same university, although the specific dates of completion are not provided. In addition, Elizabeth obtained a certification as a Geographic Information Systems Professional from the GIS Certification Institute in May 2007.
