Trevor A. Kubatzke

President at Lake Michigan College

Dr. Trevor A. Kubatzke is President of Lake Michigan College. He joined LMC in 2017 with more than two decades of higher education leadership experience.

Before joining LMC, Kubatzke was Vice President of Student Services at Milwaukee Area Technical College. From 2007 to 2012, he was Vice President for Student and Educational Services at Delta College in eastern Michigan. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois, serving in leadership roles including Associate Vice President of Enrollment, Interim Chief Information Officer, Assistant Vice President of Admissions and Registrar, and Executive Director of a regional education center. He began his academic career in 1995 at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa.

Kubatzke holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from University of Wisconsin-Platteville; a Master of Science in education administration from Southwest Missouri State University; and a doctorate in Education Administration in Community College Leadership from Walden University.
