Erica Czernicki

Secondary English Educator at Lake Oswego High School

Erica Czernicki is a dedicated educator with a strong background in secondary English education and instructional leadership. Currently serving as a Secondary English Educator at Lake Oswego High School since July 2023, Erica previously worked within the Muskego-Norway School District from August 2013 to September 2023. In that role, Erica functioned as a Teaching and Learning Coach, facilitating formative assessment practices and supporting classroom instruction, and also served as an AVID Site Coordinator, overseeing a college-readiness program for first-generation students. Erica has experience in curriculum design and data management, having written data-driven curricula and monitored student performance across various educational roles, including as a Secondary English and AVID Educator and Tennis Coach. Erica holds a Master's of Science in Educational Leadership from Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
