Michele Baldwin

Michele Baldwin has a work experience spanning over two decades. Michele began their career in 1999 as an Office Manager at Hausmann-Johnson Insurance, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Lake Ridge Bank as the SVP Human Resources.

Michele Baldwin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to attending university, they attended Stoughton High School. In terms of additional certifications, Michele obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 1994 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2015.
