Laura Curran is currently the Urban Forest Study - Project Lead at Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA). Prior to this role, she gained experience as Field Staff at Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), where she worked on planting trees, led guided hikes, and completed an urban forest inventory. She also has experience in forestry, research, environmental stewardship, and education. Laura holds a Master of Sustainable Forest Management (MSFM) from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Forest Conservation and Environmental Science from the University of Toronto.
