Theresa Dubiel

Theresa Dubiel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in member experience and business development at Lake Trust Credit Union, where roles have included Chief Experience Officer/EVP, SVP of Member Experience, and Regional Manager since January 2006. In these positions, Theresa has demonstrated leadership in marketing strategy, member engagement, and team development, focusing on brand management, product launches, and community outreach. Prior to Lake Trust Credit Union, Theresa held various managerial positions at Grainger and began a career at Dow Chemical as a Co-Op. Theresa holds an Executive MBA from Northwood University's DeVos Graduate School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.
