Angela Maltese

Angela Maltese is the Chair at Lakehead University. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Finance and Operations at Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek from February 2020 to March 2022. Angela has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Lakehead University Professional Pension Plan Board and the Ontario Arts Council. Angela was appointed to the Board of Directors in November 2009 and served as the Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee for both organizations. Angela began their career in 1994 as a partner at Ernst & Young and spent 15 years at the company before moving to Grant Thornton LLP in 2006, where they served as a partner for 13 years.

Angela Maltese has a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Lakehead University.
