Christina Agugliaro

Christina Agugliaro has had a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Christina started as a Teller at Commerce Bank in 2005, where they processed routine transactions and developed product knowledge. Christina then joined Wells Fargo in 2006 as a Teller Manager/Assistant Manager, where they managed tellers, created schedules, and trained new employees. After that, they worked at Saddle River Valley Bank as a Head Teller, where they constructed policies and procedures, generated reports, and maintained records. In 2011, Christina joined Lakeland Bank, initially as an Assistant Treasurer, and later as an Assistant Vice President, Branch Operations Coordinator. In this role, they oversaw day-to-day operations, drove internal sales, and assisted with employee development.

Christina Agugliaro obtained an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Bergen Community College, where they studied from 2006 to 2024.
