Damon Longworth

Damon Longworth currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Lakeland Behavioral Health System since June 2019, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership. Previously, Damon held the role of Chief Financial Officer for the State of Missouri Department of Mental Health, DBH Division, Southeast Region from October 2010 to June 2019. Damon also founded DCL Enterprises, LLC and served as its Owner from January 2005 to January 2011. Earlier in the career, Damon was the Vice President - Treasurer at Camden County Public Water Supply District No 2 from February 2002 to October 2010 and the Director of the Business Office at Lake Regional Healthcare System from August 1999 to March 2009. Educational background includes attendance at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1992 to 1995 and completion of studies at Cahokia High School.
