Kristina Willey

Kristina Willey's work experience includes roles at multiple educational institutions. Kristina served as a Senior Director at Lakeland Community College, overseeing student recruitment and operations. Prior to that, they held positions at Cleveland State University, working on admissions, partnership programs, and off-site offerings. Additionally, they worked as an Instructor at Lorain County Community College in 2010. Throughout their career, they have focused on developing and implementing strategic plans to increase enrollment and support student success.

Kristina Willey graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Kristina then pursued a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Development at the same university. Later, they attended the Ohio Association of Community College Student Success Center Leadership Academy as a Fellow. Currently, Kristina is completing their Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration and Policy at The University of Toledo. Additionally, in 2013-2014, they participated in the Leadership Lake County Signature Class.
