Daniel Martindale (CIWFM)

Daniel Martindale (CIWFM) has a diverse work experience in facilities management and leadership positions. Daniel is currently serving as the Director at B33R@33 since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lakeland from 2020, where they held the roles of Group Facilities Manager and Health & Safety Lead, as well as Facilities Manager. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Bidfood UK as a Senior Regional Facilities Manager and later as the Northern Regional Facilities Manager. Before that, they worked at Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust as an Estates Manager from 2013 to 2014. Their early career includes roles at Eric Wright Group as a Facilities Manager from 2006 to 2013, and at The Cohens Group as a Facilities Manager responsible for managing retail chemist outlets, a warehouse facility, and a fleet from 2003 to 2006.

Daniel Martindale (CIWFM) has a diverse education history. In 2005, they attended The University of Bolton and completed the NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety. Later, in 2008, Daniel attended Hydrop and completed the ENLI Introduction to Legionella in Building Water Systems. In 2009, they attended BIFM and completed the BIFM Intermediate Course: The Professional Facilities Manager (Module 1), focusing on Facilities Management. Additionally, in the same year, they completed the Legionella Risk Management Responsible Persons Training at Hydrop.

In 2010, Daniel Martindale participated in the BIFM Intermediate Course: The Professional Facilities Manager (Module 2), which focused on Facilities Planning and Management. In 2012, they attended CIEH and completed the Level 3 in Training Skills and Practice, focusing on Training. Daniel also completed the IOSH Managing Safely course at EWFM, although the specific years were not provided.
