Natella Phillips

Natella Phillips is an experienced professional in retail planning, inventory management, and eCommerce, currently serving as a Planning and Inventory Consultant at LAKE since October 2024. Previously, Natella held the position of VP of Retail at Displayit from January 2022 to October 2024, overseeing planning, purchasing, merchandising, UX, and eCommerce. Natella has also worked at The Athlete's Foot as a Senior Director of DTC eCommerce, UX, Planning and Purchasing and as Director of Planning and Operations. Further experience includes roles at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh, Talbots, Converse, Great American Group, and Macy's in various planning and merchandising capacities. Natella holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Maine and an earlier education at Assumption University.
