Lindsey Sepich

Lindsey Larsen is an experienced professional in people operations and recruitment, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Lakepointe Church since October 2021, where roles also include recruiter and missions responsibilities. Prior to this, Lindsey worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Campus Recruiter from November 2019 to October 2021. Lindsey's career began at Fidelity Investments between January 2017 and November 2019, holding positions as Talent Event Specialist and Associate University Relations Manager. Earlier experience includes a marketing team role within The University of Texas at Arlington Athletic Department from September 2015 to December 2016. Lindsey holds a Master's degree in Strategic Communication & Innovation from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Arlington.
