Gail Gibbs

Gail Gibbs has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Gail is currently the SVP of Global Sourcing at Lakeshore Learning Materials. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Scanta. Gail also worked at Best Buy for a significant portion of their career, where they held several positions including Vice President Human Resources, Vice President & General Manager of Exclusive Brands, Vice President of Exclusive Brands Asia & Global Sourcing, Vice President of Exclusive Brands Global Sourcing & Business Process, and Sr. Director of Exclusive Brands Global Sourcing. Gail was responsible for driving private label growth strategies, managing global sourcing and vendor relationships, and implementing business process improvements. Before joining Best Buy, Gail worked as a Business Development Manager at Imation and as a Manufacturing and Development Engineer/Manager at 3M.

Gail Gibbs holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Gail furthered their education by pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Executive Business Administration and General Management from the University of St. Thomas, from 2002 to 2007.
