Kathryn Anderson

Kathryn Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kathryn began their career as an English Teacher at ICEF Public Schools from August 2008 to June 2010. Kathryn then joined Teach For America in October 2010 and held various roles, including Associate, District & School Partnerships from October 2010 to June 2013, Manager, District & School Partnerships from June 2013 to June 2014, Director, Onboarding & Experience Design from June 2014 to June 2017, and Managing Director, Alumni Experience Design from June 2017 to December 2020. Kathryn also worked at Ednovate Inc as a Credentialing Consultant from April 2016 to January 2018. Currently, they are working at Lakeshore Learning Materials, where they initially served as a Talent Operations Manager from December 2020 to June 2021. Kathryn then progressed to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition from June 2021 to March 2023 and later took on the role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition from September 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Planning and Operations at Lakeshore Learning Materials, starting from March 2023.

Kathryn Anderson holds a Master's degree in Education from Loyola Marymount University, which they completed between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Vassar College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
