Selina Durán

Selina Durán has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Selina began their career as a 2012 Corps Member at Teach For America, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they joined University Preparatory Academy as a 5th grade Teacher from 2012 to 2015. Selina then returned to Teach For America in 2015 and held multiple positions, including University Recruiter, Director of Recruiting, Director of Management, Managing Director, and Senior Managing Director. In 2021, Selina joined Lakeshore Learning Materials as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and later transitioned to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition in 2022.

Selina Durán obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA from 2007 to 2012. Selina then pursued a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Oakland University from 2012 to 2015.
