Emer C. has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Currently, they work as an Information Technology System Engineer at LRS, where they are responsible for managing core IT systems such as Azure, VMware, SCCM/Intune, Microsoft 365, and Exchange. They handle tasks like VMware administration for a datacenter hosted ESXi cluster, Active Directory/Azure AD hybrid environment administration, and Azure engineering. Prior to this role, Emer C. worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at LRS, where they were the primary on-site IT resource for multiple locations in Wisconsin. They provided support for a hybrid environment comprising Windows, Android, iOS, and printers. They also developed PowerShell scripts for support tasks. Before joining LRS, Emer C. worked as a Freelance Developer and undertook projects in that capacity. They have also gained experience in the Help Desk role at State Collection Service, Inc. and Wisconsin Energy Institute.

Emer C. obtained an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Madison Area Technical College. They attended the college from 2020 to 2023. In addition to their degree, Emer C. also obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in March 2021. They further enhanced their skills by completing the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification offered by Microsoft in December 2022.
