Ilja Heitlager

Ilja Heitlager is a seasoned technology and innovation leader, currently serving as the Chief Innovation Cheerleader at Schuberg Philis since April 2008. With prior experience as a Managing Consultant for Software Improvement Group and serving in various technical roles at companies such as VivaCadena, Renable, and G-Nova, Ilja has a strong background in software quality assessment, technology direction, and software architecture. Ilja is also a PhD candidate in Innovation Management at Eindhoven University of Technology, further enhancing an impressive educational foundation that includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Twente and studies at Leiden University and Utrecht University.
