Dr. Sonia R. Foster, DNP, NEA-BC, RNC currently serves as a National Board Member for Women In Healthcare, Inc. Dr. Sonia R. also has experience as the Director of Behavioral Health and Addiction Services at Lakeside Behavioral Health System since 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Maternal Child Health & Pediatrics at Dignity Health starting in 2017.

Dr. Sonia R. Foster, DNP, NEA-BC, RNC completed their Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Healthcare Systems Leadership at Chamberlain University from 2019 to 2020.
