Heather Reifschneider

Heather Reifschneider has extensive experience in marketing and management roles. Heather is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Demand Generation Marketing at Lakeside Software since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing, Americas at IronNet from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for building and leading a new team of demand generation, field, and channel marketers. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Marketing Director at One Source Communications, where they successfully built a marketing department from scratch, focusing on demand generation, CRM implementation, and sales team alignment. Before that, they worked as the Marketing Director at Veritas Collaborative, LLC from 2017 to 2019, overseeing marketing team and implementing comprehensive policies and programs. Heather also served as the Marketing Manager at Ansible by Red Hat in 2017, where they played a vital role in driving brand strategy and marketing communications. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing & Supervision Manager at Capitol Financial Solutions from 2014 to 2017, coordinating marketing efforts and ensuring compliance with FINRA requirements. Heather started their career as a Senior Advertising Account Executive at McClatchy from 2010 to 2013 and as a Freelance Marketing Consultant from 2002 to 2010, working with local SMBs to establish and execute marketing strategies. Heather also worked as an Advertising Account Executive at News & Record from 2000 to 2002, overseeing sales and managing online marketing campaigns for clients. Overall, Heather brings a wide range of marketing expertise and leadership skills to their roles.

Heather Reifschneider attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1995 to 1999. During their time there, they studied Marketing & Communications. In addition to their degree, Heather obtained two certifications: the Inbound Certification and the Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy, which they completed in January 2020.
