In 2014, they moved to ABBYY as a Regional Sales Manager, where they directed and built the ABBYY Canada Channel and Partnership program. From 2017 to 2020, they were an Enterprise Sales Executive at Riverbed Technology, managing the growth and relationships of top accounts in the Greater Toronto Area. In 2020, they joined Dynatrace as an Enterprise Account Executive, contributing to their software intelligence and cloud transformation initiatives. In 2021, they moved to PagerDuty as an Enterprise Account Manager, responsible for large enterprise and strategic accounts in the Greater Toronto Area. Lastly, in 2022, they joined Lakeside Software as a Strategic Account Executive.
Koush Banik completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University, which spanned from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Business degree in Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET) from the University of Waterloo, graduating in 2007.
