Jenn Jones

Jenn Jones is a settlement officer at Lakeside Title. Jenn has over 15 years of experience in the title and real estate industry. Jenn started their career as a settlement officer/processor at Bayside Title, LLC in 2003. In 2007, Jenn became the branch manager/settlement officer at Beltway Title & Abstract, Inc. Jenn oversaw the day to day operations of the branch and conducted settlements for both in-office and out-of-office transactions. Jenn has also worked as a settlement officer at Foote Title Group and Lakeside Title Company.

Jenn Jones has a Bachelor of Arts in Jenn'story & Education from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an Elementary Education and Teaching certification from Howard Community College. Jenn also has a certification from the Maryland Insurance Administration in Title Insurance Producer, Notary Public for the State of Maryland and Commonwealth of Virginia.

They work with Emily Roof - Settlement Officer, Megan Richards - Settlement Officer, and Joe Goldsmith - Paralegal. Jenn Jones reports to Raina Rath, VP, COO.
