Andrea Badia Serra

Andrea Badia Serra is a Senior Analyst at Lakestar. Prior to joining Lakestar, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst on the EMEA Consumer & Retail team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2020 to March 2022. Andrea also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst on the EMEA Consumer & Retail team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2019 to August 2019, and was granted a returning full-time offer upon graduation. Additionally, Andrea interned at Morgan Stanley on their ISG Spring Insight Programme in April 2019, and at Bluecap Management Consulting on their M&A team as a Summer Intern in June 2018. Andrea also interned at Nomura on their Women’s Immersion Programme in April 2018, and was granted a returning offer for the Summer Internship. Andrea’s first job was as a Sales & financial assistant at Multiauto Balaguer SL from June 2017 to August 2017.

Andrea Badia Serra is currently in their 5th year of a double Bachelor of Business Administration and Law degree at Esade. Andrea has also done an exchange semester at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and is currently studying International Law and Legal Studies at King's College London. Andrea has also attended the Law Summer Institute at Boston College. Andrea holds high school/secondary diplomas and certificates from Colegi Claver Raimat in Spain, Christian Brothers High School in Sacramento, and St Paul Preparatory School. Andrea is also certified from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in FCA Exams.
