Roger Schmitz

Roger Schmitz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Roger started as the Rehabilitation Services Manager at Edgerton Hospital And Health Services, Inc. in 2017 and held that position until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as the Regional Director Of Operations at Adaptive Rehabilitation Services. Currently, Roger serves as the Director of Ancillary Services at Lakeview Specialty Hospital and Rehab, and they have been promoted to the role of Director of Rehabilitation Operations and Ancillary Services, starting in 2023. In their various roles, Roger has overseen rehab operations, materials management, IT, dietary, and other ancillary services, displaying their expertise in managing diverse aspects of healthcare facilities.

Roger Schmitz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Marquette University in 1999, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from the same institution, studying from 1999 to 2001.
