Mechelle Moffitt has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mechelle is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lakeview Village, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Compensation, Benefits & Health at John Knox Village from 2013 to 2021. Mechelle also held various roles including Data Assistant at Integrated Healthcare Strategies from 2011 to 2013, Service Unit Registrar and Troop Leader at Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri from 2009 to 2013, and Director of Compensation & Benefits at Lathrop & Gage LLP from 2005 to 2009. Mechelle started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice LC from 2001 to 2005, and then served as the Human Resources Director at Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP from 1989 to 2001.

Mechelle Moffitt holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University - Missouri. Mechelle also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from William Jewell College. Additionally, they obtained a certification in SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) in January 2008.
