Patrice Trainer, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. They began their career at State Farm in 1984, taking on various roles such as HR Generalist, Claims Supervisor, and Claims Litigation Specialist. In 1999, Patrice transitioned to Verizon Wireless as an HR Manager and worked there until 2011. At Verizon, they were responsible for managing human resources initiatives. Since 2011, Patrice has been working as the Human Resource Director at Lakewood Church. In this role, they developed and implemented HR strategies, managed recruitment and employee relations, and ensured compliance with regulations. Patrice's extensive experience in HR showcases their expertise and leadership in the field.

Patrice Trainer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Prairie View A&M University.
