Lou Perez

Lou Perez is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing a tire recovery and processing center at Lakin Tire, leading 46 employees and optimizing statewide tire collection routes. Previous roles include Project Director and Interim Solid Waste Director for Larimer County, focusing on regional solid waste management and infrastructure development, as well as serving on the Front Range Waste Diversion Board of Directors. With a long history at Eco-Cycle, Lou expertly managed MRF operations and achieved significant revenue growth through operational improvements.
