Avijit Paul

Avijit Paul is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional HRBP-East at Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd., Avijit has also held significant roles such as HR Operations Lead for Hyper Market at More Retail Limited and Territory HR-East at Aditya Birla Retail Limited. Previously, Avijit contributed to the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group as Assistant Manager-HR and served as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Achiievers Equities Ltd. Avijit holds a Master of Business Administration in HR from the Indian Institute of Bio-Social Research and Development and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vidyasagar College.
