Fredrik R. Nilsson

Fredrik R. Nilsson has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Fredrik R. currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW since August 2017. In addition, they are a Board Member at bObles since March 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Fredrik worked at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where they held several positions. Fredrik R. started as a Business Excellence Manager and later became the Finance & Control Manager / Regional CFO. Fredrik R. then served as the Regional Business Development Manager, responsible for business development in multiple countries. Subsequently, Fredrik held the role of Regional Business Manager before becoming the General Manager / Business Executive Officer, overseeing the Danish and Nordic operations. Fredrik R. was also part of the Nestlé Nordic Management Committee. Fredrik worked at Nestlé from April 2010 to August 2017.

Before their time at Nestlé, Fredrik worked at Volvo Cars as a Car Show Crew/Team Leader from August 2001 to September 2004. Fredrik R. also had an internship at SEB Hypothekenbank in various departments, preparing for Basel II compliance in 2003.

Fredrik R. Nilsson completed their Gymnasieexamen in Social Sciences at Tycho Braheskolan from 1996 to 1999. Fredrik R. went on to receive their Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Marketing, and General Business from the University of Gothenburg from 2000 to 2004. In 2002, they pursued an ERASMUS Exchange program in Business at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. In 2003, they completed a Post Graduate program in European Management at NEOMA Business School. In 2014, they attended Leadership Development Training at the London Business School. Most recently, in 2017, they completed the Executive Development Program at IMD.
