Tapas Modi

Tapas Modi has worked in various roles in the fashion industry. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Intern at Bhusattva, a brand focused on sustainability, and as a Tribal Handloom Development with the Government of Jharkhand. In 2019, they were an Associate Designer at Sabyasachi Couture Private Limited, where they developed designs for Lehenga and Kurta. From 2020 to 2022, they were an Associate Designer at Sasha Exports, where they looked after design development and sampling. Currently, they are a Senior Manager Design at Lal10, developing designs and embroidery samples as per the requirements of buyers.

Tapas Modi completed their Senior Secondary Certificate from Dhanbad Public School in 2013, where they studied 10th level subjects. Tapas then went on to obtain their Higher Secondary Certificate from the same school, studying Science. In 2015, they graduated with a B.Des in Fashion Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Bhubaneswar.
