Javi Gainza

Javi Gainza has a comprehensive work experience in the field of coaching and methodology. Javi most recently worked as the Head Coach for the Unleash the Roar Project at LaLiga and Sport Singapore. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Academy at Club Deportes Recoleta SADP. Javi also held various coaching roles at Atlético de Madrid, where they were the Head of Methodology and Technical Staff, as well as the Head Coach and Assistant Coach for different age groups. Javi gained additional experience as a Translator at Manchester City Football Club and as the Head Coach for the Under 14 team at Burnage FC, where they achieved notable successes with the team's performance.

Javi Gainza attended Universidad Diego Portales from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Journalism. Javi also holds several coaching certifications including Coach Level 3 from ACADEF Escuela (obtained in 2018), Level 2 Coaching Football from The Football Association (obtained in 2014), and Level 1 Coaching Football from The Football Association (obtained in 2013). Javi also completed a course in Psico-Coaching applied to football from La Pizarra Del DT.
