Angus Ballard has extensive experience in the food and ingredient industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Special Advisor at Lallemand since May 2002. In addition to this role, Angus holds the position of President of LBDS and has previously served as Corporate Director of Procurement & Supply Chain and Director of Operations for NAB within the same company. Prior to Lallemand, Angus worked at Fleischmann's Yeast as Manager of Manufacturing Services from 1996 to 2002 and was an Industrial Consultant at Hagen & Co from 1993 to 1996. Angus holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering from Cranfield University, completed between 1984 and 1988, and has a foundational education from King's College Taunton from 1976 to 1984.
