Antoinette Hamilton

Antoinette Hamilton currently serves as the Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Lam Research since February 2020. Prior to this role, Antoinette held the position of Vice President for Diversity, Inclusion + Community Experience at Xandr from August 2018 to December 2019, following a similar role at AppNexus during its acquisition. Antoinette's career at L'Oreal USA spanned nearly a decade, where significant roles included Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion as well as Director of Diversity & Inclusion. Earlier experience includes a managerial position in Diversity & Inclusion at L'Oreal from 2006 to 2008. Antoinette obtained education from Hampton University and Cornell University.
