Ashley Sobke

Ashley Sobke serves as the Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity at LexisNexis since February 2024, overseeing I&D strategies and initiatives for a global workforce exceeding 15,000 employees. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at L3Harris Technologies, leading enterprise-wide DE&I programs for over 50,000 employees. Ashley's earlier experience at Lockheed Martin included roles as Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Consultant and Leader, as well as a Diversity and Inclusion & Leadership Development Consultant, where Ashley developed and implemented inclusive learning and leadership programs. Ashley's career began with a Diversity & Inclusion internship at Cargill, focusing on workplace generational differences and leadership training. Ashley holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
