Dan Vitkavage

Dan Vitkavage has extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of Technology and Regional Technical Lead for North America at Lam Research since July 2012. Prior roles include Principal Engineer and Senior Director of Process Integration & Reliability at Miasole from September 2009 to July 2012, along with a brief tenure as Director of Engineering & Product Development at Varian Semiconductor in June 2009. From 2002 to 2007, Dan served as Director of Technology at Novellus Systems. Dan's career began at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where Dan held several key positions from 1988 to 2002, including Consulting Member of Technical Staff, and was among the first appointed to this prestigious role. Early career experience included an internship at International Business Machines in 1984. Dan holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S., Cum Laude, in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, complemented by a high school diploma from Stuyvesant High School.
