Dana Grossman-Gormley

Dana Grossman-Gormley is an experienced benefits and HR leader with expertise in global benefits strategy and wellness design. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Benefits at Lam Research, Dana manages global benefits plan strategy and renewal planning. Previous roles include Director of Benefits, HR Compliance and Policies at Danone, where Dana oversaw North America's benefit and retirement programs, and Sr. Director of Benefits at Level 3 Communications, developing comprehensive benefits strategies across multiple regions. Additional experience includes roles at Arrow Electronics, MWH Global, Newmont Mining Company, DaVita Kidney Care, Knowledge Workers, and EFTC. Dana earned a BA in Psychology from Hofstra University.
