Julia Miller

Julia Miller is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Sr. Manager, Corporate Counsel at Lam Research since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel at Grow Schools from October 2021 to January 2024, and Deputy General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel at Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation from July 2015 to October 2021. Julia also dedicated time as a full-time caregiver for their children from July 2011 to June 2015, and began their legal career as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from October 2006 to June 2011, following a summer associate position at Ater Wynne LLP in 2005. Julia holds a JD from Duke University School of Law (2003-2006) and a BA in Program of Liberal Studies with a focus on Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame (1998-2002).
